This rather dystopian statement about our very near future from Accenture’s recent Technology Vision 2019 Report isn’t as alarming as it sounds. It does however highlight the individual digital ‘ecosystems’ each and everyone of us will build around ourselves creating an ‘individual reality’.
Meeting the challenges will require businesses to acknowledge that they’re not alone on their digital transformations and that B2B marketing channels need to start with the customer and their digital communication ecosystem, rather than the businesses just considering their own. For many more agile companies this shift in mindset will be a major opportunity. Watch the video here.
